We loved this hotel to explore Erie County during the winter. It has a central location and there are a lot of stores and facilities (gas station, Starbucks...) just around the corner. The room was spacious and clean. It offered everything we needed. Fun fact: we were in Hamburg when storm Elliot gave us a visit. We didn't have power for several hours but it was a nice experience: everybody was sitting in the lobby, having a drink and a snack. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. I could not imagine a better place to stay when you have to wait until the storm was over.

Our room was clean and spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was large with great counter space. The towels were the softest we've ever had at a hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with numerous choices of hot and cold items. The staff was friendly, informative, and helpful. We found the location perfect, with easy access to main roads, and many nearby restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

The night I arrived which was the 27th the gentleman at the desk was a big help. A woman was lost and dropped off in the wrong hotel and was extremely upset. He calmed and helped her. A true gentleman. Check in was smooth, room was clean and breakfast was great.

The staff were very helpful. I had to change my reservation a couple of days before arriving, on a very busy weekend. Frank was excellent in helping make the changes I needed. The staff were also very friendly, both at check-in and check-out.
